Our 3XS range of systems has developed over the years and in doing so we have continued progressing and improving our support level to our system customers. Our aims are to give a good proactive and unobtrusive response to customer’s technical issues and find a fast and efficient solution

Customers who require assistance on their PC’s will be greeted with friendly technical advice either by email via our online query system which can be accessed on our support page or by contacting us directly over the phone. Our Support engineers will be there to assist and go through various technical solutions in a manner which is understandable and easy to follow.

"First let me say a big Thank You !! The system has far exceeded my expectations. I will most definitely be recommending you to my friends who are looking for a new PC.

From the moment I ordered it, Philip and Sanjay emailed me pretty much daily to update me on the progress of my build. Your team there at 3XS are without a doubt professional and expert in their jobs and a huge credit to your company.

The PC itself is amazing. I do actually know about computers and the wiring is amazing to the point of being an art form. The parts that were not in stock were immediately replaced with similar parts as again recommended by your staff.

The only small let down was the time it took to build. However, as I said in my email I would rather your guys take their time and spend time building a good solid computer for me, than rush it and I have to return it because the CPU Fan is unplugged or the heatsink isn't on right as has happend with other companies according to the forums I read. The packaging is a major credit to your company. I wonder how many people put that much care into packaging inside the outer box, inner box and indeed inside the PC? Also 2 warnings on the box and the PC about removing the bubblewrap from inside the PC.....ok I know that surely people wouldn't switch it on if they saw the bubblewrap inside but well done anyway.

So, guys all in all 11 out of 10 all round winner in my book. I look forward to doing buisness with you in the future and will, as I said, be recommending you to my friends.

"I am extremely pleased with my bespoke Scan 3XS system. Although I have yet to put it thoroughly to the test, I am confident it shall meet my high expectations.

The customer service from Scan with regards to the system build could not be faulted as I was continually made aware of the systems development via email and telephone. The expected build time was vastly over what I'd hoped, but concede that third party suppliers of my chosen components were the reason and not that of the team at Scan. "

In regards to any onsite or a system being return to base, we are not responsible for loss of content or data on the system. It will be up to the customer to make sure they have backups of their data. We are not responsible for third party software which is installed on the pc; please ref to Part II sections G, H of the terms and conditions.

Our onsite policy; Onsite(s) can occur within a 2 - 4 day turnaround depending on location. This does not include Saturday or Sundays. The onsite policy only covers the mainland UK. All onsites are performed by a separate company affiliated with Scan, the engineers will only perform hardware replacement and do not deal with software related issues. This does not apply to our water cooling range of systems as these will be only return to base and our server range which is covered under a different warranty.
